In the year 1907, late Abdul Ahad Dar started this journey of love & passion for the art with one handloom at the family cottage, followed by his son late Muhammad Ismail Dar who revolutionised handloom weaving in the state with his innovative methods & creative designs.
Later his grandson late Mushtaq Ahmad Dar combined traditional craftsmanship & modern manufacturing techniques to export quality products globally.
At present Nasir Mushtaq Dar (4th generation of Dar family) is shaping his family heritage into this authentic brand to deliver long lasting trust & century old legacy in form of exquisite & timeless scarves.
